The hotel room was small, but surprisingly comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The location is excellent for sightseeing, but dining options were a bit lacking. Overall, a good value for the money.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it was a bit dated and not as clean as I would have liked. The staff did make sure I checked out on time, though. The location was convenient with easy access to shops, the bus station, and restaurants, but being close to the airport bus stop was a bit noisy at times.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was excellent, right by the Archeological Museum and close to everything in Herakleion. The rooms, however, were quite outdated with a dusty and moldy bathroom. The service from the staff was friendly and helpful, which made up for some of the shortcomings of the rooms.

The rooms were comfortable and quiet, perfect for unwinding after a day of travel, although they were a bit small and the window was obstructed by the TV. The location in Eleftherias Square was convenient, with direct access to buses to Knossos and the airport. The hotel staff were helpful and courteous, making for a pleasant stay. The dining options were impressive, offering a wide range of dishes to choose from.

Overall, a great value for a stay in Crete.
