The hotel room was small, but surprisingly comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The location is excellent for sightseeing, but dining options were a bit lacking. Overall, a good value for the money.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it was a bit dated and not as clean as I would have liked. The staff did make sure I checked out on time, though. The location was convenient with easy access to shops, the bus station, and restaurants, but being close to the airport bus stop was a bit noisy at times.

The hotel is centrally located with perfect access to the port and historical sights, offering clean and comfy rooms but lacking in color and character. The service is top-notch, with helpful and accommodating staff. The dining experience is good, featuring Cretan specialties, although nothing extraordinary. Overall, a great value for a stay in Crete.
